Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis activities
- Participate in month-end close and accounting processes
- Develop financial models, performance analyses, and business recommendations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Present project results and recommendations to business leaders
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments

Pay
Salary range: $76,500 - $112,200
