You will complete rotational assignments across multiple finance and accounting functions to develop a strong understanding of Linde's business operations, financial drivers, and growth strategy. This role offers geographic flexibility for rotational assignments and is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a long-term leadership career within Finance at Linde.

Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis activities
  • Participate in month-end close and accounting processes
  • Develop financial models, performance analyses, and business recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Present project results and recommendations to business leaders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments

Pay

Salary range: $76,500 - $112,200
