Finance/Accounting Leadership Development Program Associate

The Finance and Accounting Leadership Development (FALD) program is a three-year rotational program designed for early career professionals, offering opportunities to rotate through various areas within Accounting, Finance, and Operations Teams, including Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts, and Sales & Distribution.
Responsibilities
- Complete three 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting functions across the company
- Work on meaningful projects and initiatives that impact business performance and strategy li>Learn from senior leaders and experts in finance and accounting
- Gain cross-functional experience to enhance professional growth
- Participate and lead cross-functional project teams
- Develop technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Network with other FALD participants and alumni across the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, OR
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and will obtain the degree before employment starts
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee)
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Master’s Degree in process (optional)
- Preferred GPA of 3.0+ for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
- Previous co-op or intern experience
- Proven teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce excellent work results
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
