About the Role

The Finance and Accounting Leadership Development (FALD) program is a three-year rotational program designed for early career professionals, offering opportunities to rotate through various areas within Accounting, Finance, and Operations Teams, including Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts, and Sales & Distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Complete three 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting functions across the company
  • Work on meaningful projects and initiatives that impact business performance and strategy
  • li>Learn from senior leaders and experts in finance and accounting
  • Gain cross-functional experience to enhance professional growth
  • Participate and lead cross-functional project teams
  • Develop technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Network with other FALD participants and alumni across the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, OR
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and will obtain the degree before employment starts
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee)

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or Master’s Degree in process (optional)
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0+ for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
  • Previous co-op or intern experience
  • Proven teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce excellent work results
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
