About the role

We are seeking a leader to join our team in building the medical and logistical capabilities for whole-body field cryoprotection. The ideal candidate will lead the medical and SST teams and play a key role in setting the strategic direction of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build the medical and logistical capabilities for whole-body field cryoprotection
• Lead the medical and SST teams
• Deep dive and take responsibility for a wide range of topics
• Build partnerships with other R&D and cryopreservation organizations
• Set the strategic direction of the overall organization

Requirements

• Prior experience in leadership roles with personnel responsibility, ideally in Operations or CxO-positions
• Extraordinary grit and dedication
• Unparalleled intrinsic motivation for longevity and human cryopreservation
• Analytical mindset with a scientific, evidence-based approach
• Extroverted personality
• Pronounced hands-on mentality; your day-to-day will include a wide range of projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent computer/tech skills
• Willingness to relocate to Southern Florida (we will help with all the details)
