About the role

As a Leadership Consultant at HOLT Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.

Essential Functions

• Develop and implement leadership development programs tailored to the needs of our clients and employees.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills and drive organizational success.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement in leadership practices and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on leadership strategies and goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in leadership development and coaching.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and leadership theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in leadership development, consulting, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
