About the role
The face of First Student, school bus drivers pick up and deliver several hundred children during a normal shift—on time and safely. They follow all traffic and company regulations, remain calm and collected in all situations, and complete daily pre- and post-shift vehicle inspection activities to ensure a safe journey for all riders.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and other destinations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations
- Maintain composure and professionalism in all situations
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers
