About the Program

The Executive Program in Leadership, Public Policy and Global Governance equips leaders to navigate complex global governance and policy challenges with strategic vision and ethical insight. The program integrates leadership, public policy, and India’s governance traditions to develop skills in decision-making, collaboration, crisis management, and effective communication, preparing participants to lead organizations, institutions, and governments in a rapidly changing world. Drawing inspiration from classical texts such as the Ramayana and leadership ideals exemplified by Lord Rama, the course provides a unique Indian perspective on responsible governance, institutional leadership, and sustainable policy innovation.

Program Format

The program consists of 2 days of in-person executive sessions followed by an Ayodhya Cultural Visit. The methodology includes case discussion, policy dilemma, group dialogue, contemporary application, and leadership framework extraction.

Outcomes

Participants develop practical frameworks for ethical leadership, institutional governance, and responsible decision-making inspired by the leadership ideals of Lord Rama.

Program Contribution

The program contribution is USD 599, which includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch on two program days, airport pick and drop, program materials, certificate, and a curated visit to Ayodhya for experiential learning.

Batch Size and Selection

The program has a limited batch size of 25-30 participants to ensure meaningful dialogue and peer learning. Selection is based on invitation and application.
