About the role

Own and lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the operating systems and governance structures that enable effective execution across the Global MSAT organization, ensuring clarity, alignment, and disciplined follow-through. Drive leadership team effectiveness by structuring and facilitating key forums (e.g., weekly MSAT LT meetings, site visits), ensuring discussions are focused, decisions are captured, and actions are tracked to completion. • Facilitate key Global MSAT leadership processes, including weekly leadership team meetings, quarterly site visit preparation and follow-through, and Tuesday morning forums, ensuring discussions are well-structured, decisions and actions are clearly captured, and commitments are tracked through completion.
  • Lead knowledge management and meeting effectiveness practices, including agenda structuring, pre-read coordination, meeting minutes, action tracking, and documentation of decisions, ensuring leadership forums are efficient, actionable, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner across Global MSAT, manufacturing sites, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and other key stakeholders, playing a central role in improving how MSAT and Pharmaceutical Sciences align, communicate, and execute jointly to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
