About the role
We are seeking an experienced Correspondence Hub UI Strategy Execution Lead to drive the architecture, design strategy, and execution of a next-generation enterprise correspondence platform. This platform will serve as a centralized portal hosting multiple business capabilities delivered by various product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with expertise in modern web application architecture, experience building large-scale enterprise portals, and an ability to influence cross-functional teams toward a unified user experience vision. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Execute the overall UI strategy for the Correspondence Hub platform.
- Establish and govern enterprise-wide UI architecture, design standards, reusable components, and development patterns.
- Ensure a cohesive, intuitive, and consistent user experience across multiple capabilities developed by different teams.
- Drive adoption of common UI frameworks, design systems, accessibility standards, and development best practices.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale enterprise portals hosting multiple business capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance for applications built using ReactJS, Angular, Java Spring Boot APIs, .NET Core services, and OpenShift Container Platform.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalability, performance, maintainability, and security requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, Engineering Managers, and Development Teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance sessions to maintain consistency.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years leading enterprise web platform strategy and architecture.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise portals.
- Deep hands-on experience with ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Strong understanding of backend integration using Java Spring Boot, .NET Core APIs, and RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on OpenShift Container Platform, Kubernetes-based environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience implementing application logging, distributed tracing, metrics collection, monitoring dashboards, and alerting frameworks.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align multiple engineering teams.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading architecture reviews, technical governance committees, and enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).
- Experience implementing micro-frontend architectures.
- Familiarity with enterprise correspondence, document generation, or digital experience platforms.
- Experience working within large financial services, banking, insurance, or highly regulated environments.
