Leader, Thoracic Medical Oncology Program
About the role
The applicant is expected to possess the communication, patient care, and trial investigator skills necessary to effectively lead and the clinical teams that provide day-to-day care of patients with thoracic malignancies as well as the research teams and clinical trial portfolio of the program. They will provide strong leadership while working with other clinical disciplines including thoracic surgery, radiation oncology, interventional pulmonology, and thoracic pathology and radiology to maintain Cleveland Clinic as the best place anywhere for patients with thoracic cancers to receive their care. The Leader will also expand translational research opportunities in collaboration with the members of our Center for Precision Oncology, Center for Immunotherapy and Immuno-oncology, and Department of Cancer Biology.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be board certified or eligible in Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology and hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Ohio. The Leader should have sufficient qualification to be eligible for an academic appointment at the level of Associate or Full Professor at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.

Pay
Minimum salary: $500,000
Maximum salary: $600,000
