Leader, Procurement & Purchasing

About the role

This role will lead procurement activities for new and existing projects, with a particular focus on FF&E, vendor evaluation, commercial negotiations, and purchase order management. The position partners closely with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing decisions support project needs, quality standards, and design intent. It also plays an important role in improving procurement processes, strengthening documentation controls, and supporting efficient project execution across a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for FF&E across new and existing projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to establish project needs
• Research and assess potential vendors for cost savings
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage purchase orders
• Implement technologies to enhance procurement efficiency
• Track project documentation for quality control and workflow optimization
• Oversee installation of goods, ensuring alignment with design vision

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in retail and hospitality
• Strong ability to work under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven skills in building and maintaining partnerships with cross-functional teams
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
