Responsibilities
- Operate as a key supervisor in overseeing dispensary operations.
- Communicate priorities to team members and optimize the customer journey.
- Rotate through critical dispensary functions to gain subject matter expertise.
- Support management in executing all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory action items with management.
- Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
- Lead team members to effectively execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
- Ensure proper cash handling, including accurate payment processing and discount application.
- Provide active supervision, team member recognition, and behavior redirection during “Leader On Duty” shifts.
- Facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer experience and oversee consistency across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery services.
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve Loyalty goals.
- Delegate and complete assigned tasks during scheduled shifts.
- Ensure adequate sales floor coverage and zoning during shifts.
Qualifications
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- Inventory control experience preferred.
- Meet scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs.
- Able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Pass any and all required background checks.
- Valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Comply with Green Thumb rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Understand and comply with Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations.
- Prior cannabis experience not required.

- Exposure to cannabis and/or allergens.
