About the role
The Assistant Principal - Inclusion plays a key leadership role in strengthening inclusive education practices across Elizabeth North Primary School. They lead the ongoing development and organization of the school's Disability Unit, working collaboratively with staff to ensure students receive high-quality, individualized support and opportunities to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting staff teams
- Oversight of resourcing, planning, and programming
- Building strong partnerships with families and external support services
- Leading the development of One Plans and IESP applications across the site
- Contributing to a consistent, whole-school approach to inclusive education
