Lead Waxing Cerologist

Essential Functions

• Aid in interviewing, hiring, and conducting 90-day/annual reviews of Estheticians.
• Train new Estheticians.
• Aid in scheduling Estheticians and provide additional coverage as needed.
• Order professional and retail products as necessary.
• Control inventory of professional products.
• Communicate Esthetician needs to the Studio Director.
• Oversee Estheticians.
• Maintain consistency of waxing services.
• Perform full body waxing services as scheduled.
• Knowledge of all skincare products and waxing services offered at the studio.
• Follow up with clients to develop repeat clientele.
• Attend monthly staff meetings.
• Schedule and attend staff trainings.

About the Role

We are in search of a Lead Cerologist Esthetician looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Waxing The City Raleigh NC provides high-quality, result-driven full-body waxing services delivered in a beautiful environment. The Lead Esthetician provides guidance and training for the estheticians in the studio. In addition, this position performs all full-body waxing services on our guests.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Lead Cerologist Esthetician with a strong background in skincare and waxing services. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and be certified as a Cerologist.

Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of skincare products and waxing techniques. A background in waxing and esthetics is preferred.
