Responsibilities

  • Water extraction and emergency response
  • Equipment setup, placement, and daily monitoring
  • Moisture mapping and documentation
  • Controlled demolition as needed
  • Daily job documentation (Encircle and related platforms)
  • Clear, professional communication with customers
  • Mentoring and leading field technicians
  • Equipment maintenance and care
  • Following IICRC standards and best practices
  • Emergency on-call rotation

Requirements

  • Previous water mitigation experience required
  • WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred
  • ASD (Applied Structural Drying) a plus
  • Moisture mapping experience
  • Experience with Encircle or similar software is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a field environment
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, dependable, and accountable
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must provide professional references
  • Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation

Interview Dress Code

Professional Appearance Is Required. First impressions matter. All applicants are expected to arrive for their interview clean, well-groomed, and dressed appropriately.

Acceptable interview attire includes:

  • Clean jeans or work pants
  • A clean polo shirt, button-down shirt, or plain T-shirt without offensive graphics
  • Clean work boots or closed-toe shoes

The following are not acceptable:

  • Dirty or excessively stained clothing
  • Pajamas or sleepwear
  • Sagging pants
  • Flip-flops, slides, or house slippers
  • Clothing with offensive language or graphics
  • Clothing that appears unclean or poorly maintained
