Lead Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Join CRST as a Lead Warehouse Coordinator supporting Whirlpool, one of the world’s most trusted home appliance brands. This role involves hands-on physical work and requires someone with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager – Warehouse and provide leadership coverage in the afternoons
• Aid in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage-free delivery
• Train and guide teammates and oversee contractor personnel in the warehouse
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and completeness
• Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and organized
• Absorb all company safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Warehouse operations experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution)
• Able to perform heavy labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to move appliances using appliance dollies/hand trucks

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay

This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $22.00-$24.00 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

Schedule

Monday–Friday (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM) or (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
