Leadership Responsibilities
- Delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
- Monitoring daily operations to maintain safety and uphold medical standards.
- Providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help team members grow and succeed.
Minimum Qualifications And Skill Set
- 2+ years of veterinary technician experience.
- Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of Montana.
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Client communication
- Training and mentorship
- Anesthesia induction/monitoring
- Monitoring Hospital Flow
- Assisting on the floor wherever needed
- Outpatient care
Full-time Position Details
- 4/10 schedule
- Availability needed Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and on-call 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
