Job Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Working with Accounts Payable: Invoicing, reconciling, making sure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
- Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate inventory counts.
- Audits maintenance tracking software (MaintainX) to ensure proper work order completion regarding parts.
- Submission and tracking of all warranty parts, ensuring full use of warranty claims including parts returns and credits.
- Learn frequency of parts usage and house stock of frequently used items.
- Create and establish a strong working relationship with co-workers, procurement and all vendors for the vehicle shop.
- Demonstrate strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High School, Some College and or Degree
- Previous accounting, inventory management or procurement experience preferred
- 1 year of Lead or Supervisory Experience preferred but not required
- Colorado Driver’s License
- Proficient computer skills, Excel, Word, Coupa, MaintainX, OnBase
- Oral and Written English Proficiency
- Strong Organizational Skills
- 3-4 Years Parts and or inventory clerk experience.
