Vehicle Detailer

The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Vehicle Detailer to work on one of the most progressive vehicles in the world. Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
• Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
• Maintain records of time and materials
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Help maintain vehicle cleanliness of customer cars
• Knowledge of methods and techniques for detailing vehicles (wet sand, polish, buff, wax, etc.)
• Efficient skills in basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles

Requirements

• Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
• Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
• Certificate in Automotive Technology and Retail automotive service experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay

• Service Support Associate I: $20.44 - $23.87/hour
• Service Support Associate II: $20.44 - $26.24/hour
• Service Support Associate III: $20.44 - $28.62/hour
• Service Support Associate IV: $21.60 - $32.40/hour
• Lead Service Support Associate: $23.18 - $34.78/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
