Lead Value Engineer - Public Sector

Lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Map how the company platform aligns with enterprise AI strategy and drive ROI targets
• Cultivate executive sponsorship across the C-suite for lasting change management
• Oversee large transformation programs with cross-regional governance
• Leverage AI tools to enhance technical execution and manage complex projects
• Define strategic roadmaps for enterprise-level implementation and product development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with ownership of multiple strategic workstreams
• Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS, particularly with AI fluency
• Builder mentality with an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
• Expertise in process improvement and setting standards for value realization
• Proficient in strategic program and stakeholder management, with a strong executive presence
• Expert knowledge in Finance/Supply Chain and Public Sector dynamics
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a Business-related field, with active security clearance

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually
