Lead Utility

About the role

This position is part of the utility department team. The Lead Utility team member leads and coaches all departments as needed, requiring well-rounded basic construction experience in a fast-paced production setting. The role supports daily goals by planning and ensuring all departments stay on pace to complete up to 4-6 floors per day. This versatile role includes other duties assigned via the task stacker to assist internal and external departments with staff assignments. An eye for detail is essential to make homes beautiful for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs continuously and stand/bend throughout the shift.
• Lead and coach multiple departments to meet production targets (4-6 floors per day).
• Plan and coordinate staff assignments to support daily goals.
• Assist internal and external departments with additional duties as needed.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes for customers.

Requirements

• Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred.
• Basic construction experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs continuously and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay

$33.00 per hour.
