Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) regarding technologists' performance and quality.
- Manage, coach, train, support, and motivate team members.
- Maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages by performing technologist duties.
- Contribute to hiring and performance evaluations of Ultrasound employees.
- Act as a proxy for the ICM when they are unavailable.
Qualifications
- ARDMS certification
- BLS certification
- Familiarity with and ability to use RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS
- Demonstrated ability to meet all required quality standards
