Lead Ultrasound Technologist
About the Role
Leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or staff. Supervises staff in the absence of manager/director. Promotes teamwork and good customer service. Assists in annual evaluations and staff discipline.
Demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. Positions patient and equipment and produces an appropriate recording. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintain.
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified above and graduation within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Vascular certification required.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $39.50 to $57.64 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
Schedule
Full-time, day shift.
