Lead UI/UX Designer

About the role

A lead UI/UX Designer is needed to drive the design vision for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs, and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user-centered design strategies that enhance the overall user experience
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various digital products
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and incorporate them into projects
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs
• Work closely with the marketing team to align design elements with brand identity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Proven track record of delivering successful UI/UX design projects
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
