About This Role

The Goddard School in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a qualified Lead Twos Teacher to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2) in a family child care environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.

What You'll Do

- Empower toddlers to master new skills and celebrate their growing independence - Transform curiosity into engaging hands-on activities that make learning fun - Share the day's adventures with parents, whether it's a new word, a silly story, or a milestone worth celebrating - Collaborate with other passionate teachers while continuing to grow in your career

Requirements

- Completed state-required pre-service training (or ready to get it done!) - Must meet background check requirements - Can lift up to 50 lbs (because sometimes little ones need extra help or snuggles!) - Loves building strong connections with kids, families, and teammates - Infant & Toddler teachers: able to safely lift babies in and out of cribs - 1–2 years of experience is awesome (but we’re open to training the right person!) - Stays cool and professional, even when things get a little hectic

Nice to Have

- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card - CPR and First Aid certified - 6 months experience in childcare, teaching or other related fields (desired)
