Lead, Transporter/Lift Team - Evenings - La Jolla
About the role
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. The hours are from 2PM-10:30PM Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the daily assignments on Transport Tracking
- Orientation and education of personnel assigned
- Track lift equipment and transportation equipment
- Problem solve service concerns
- Promote teamwork
- Ensure compliance with Scripps Policies and other regulatory standards
- Resolve staffing issues and maintain department operations when management is not on site
- May be assigned to other duties by the Patient Logistics Management
Requirements
- Hospital experience
- Excellent communication skills
- American Heart Association BLS certification
