Transporter/Lift Team - Nights - La Jolla

About the role

Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla is a full-service hospital that has been serving the greater San Diego community since 1924. It is home to several nationally ranked specialty programs, including cancer care, heart surgery, orthopedic surgery, labor and delivery services, and a Comprehensive Stroke Center. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and involves night shifts from 8PM-4:30AM, with weekend and holiday requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in providing quality health services to patients.
• Transport patients, supplies, and lab specimens.
• Provide patient care as needed under the support of licensed staff.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a position using customer service skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare provider certification.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience preferred.
• A desire to provide the highest quality of service.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
