What You'll Do Create a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment where every child and family feels valued. Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum. Build meaningful relationships with children and their families. Encourage social-emotional development, independence, and confidence. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and our leadership team. Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom with our health and safety guidelines in place. What We're Looking For A caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely loves working with children. Experience in a childcare or preschool setting required. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. A willingness to learn, grow, and make a difference each day. Ability to meet state training requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.
