About the role
The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho's youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.
As a Lead Thrift Store Associate, you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth by assisting in the overall management of selling donated items; the profits fund our programs and services, making them accessible to all youth who need them.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
- Perform functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
- Compile daily sales and make bank deposits
- Serve as a leader by providing training and directing store employees
Requirements
- Be enrolled in high school or possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have strong customer service skills and be able to WOW our customers
- Ability to work weekends
