About the role

The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our Mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the overall management of selling donated items in one of our Thrift Stores
• Ensures daily sales and makes bank deposits
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees

Requirements

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
• Be 16 years of age
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
• Ability to work weekends

• Perform functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
