Lead Thrift Store Associate

Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non‑profit agencies in Idaho. Its mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

How you will impact the mission

As a Lead Thrift Store Associate you will help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by assisting in the overall management of selling donated items; the profits fund the Ranch’s programs and services and make them accessible to all youth who need them.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Perform daily opening, operation, and closing of the thrift store.
• Compile daily sales and make bank deposits.
• Provide training and direct store employees, serving as a leader.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in high school or possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong customer‑service skills and the ability to “wow” customers.
• Ability to work weekends.
