The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications. Could put both under Qualifications heading (maybe separate sub-sections? but only headings allowed). Could combine into one Qualifications section with both required and desired bullet lists. Skills: The desired qualifications include analytical, project management, leadership, technical skills, design of experiments. Could be placed under Skills heading. But we must not create thin sections. We need to decide which sections to include. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (required+desired), Skills (maybe separate), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We also have Job Expectations: Ability to travel 10% of the time Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved jobs posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $139,000.00 - $217,000.00 Thus we have Pay: $139,000 - $217,000. Schedule: Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote, plus travel 10% of time. Also mention not eligible for visa sponsorship, relocation assistance not available. Those could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section but we only have Schedule heading. We'll include schedule details. Benefits: list of benefits: Health benefits, 401(k) Plan, Paid time off, Disability benefits, Life insurance, critical illness insurance, and accident insurance, Parental leave, Critical caregiving leave, Discounts and savings, Commuter benefits, Tuition reimbursement, Scholarships for dependent children, Adoption reimbursement. We should output as
    • for each. We must not include boilerplate like "Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com ." That's maybe okay to keep as part of About the role? It's a link but we can keep as plain text. We must not include Posting End Date, etc. Must not include Equal Opportunity etc. Must not include Reference Number. Now produce HTML fragment:

      • Plan: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and size marketing strategies, aligning test design with business objectives and growth opportunities.
      • Test: Design, consult on, and execute statistically robust test‑and‑learn experiments that drive customer growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
      • Forecast: Support the monthly forecasting process by estimating future performance using historical data, including return on marketing investment.
      • Optimize: Evaluate key marketing levers to identify opportunities for optimization. Develop and maintain a forward‑looking learning agenda to continuously refine marketing strategies, leveraging statistical techniques and experimental design.
      • Apply advanced analytics and programming to interpret data, solve complex problems, and inform business decisions.
      • Lead: Act as a key participant in large‑scale planning for marketing initiatives, including those that are cross‑functional with broad impact, by using advanced analytical and statistical techniques to generate actionable insights, trends, and recommendations. Provide guidance on data science best practices, methodologies, and tools to partners and peers. Lead projects and mentor teammates.
      • Collaborate: Collaborate strategically with peers, partners, and mid‑ to senior‑level leaders to develop data‑driven recommendations that resolve business challenges and advance strategic goals.
      • Communicate: Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, as a trusted advisor.
      • Legal & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance standards across marketing and analytics initiatives.

      Qualifications

Required: 5+ years of data science experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science.

Desired: 2+ years of experience in statistical design of experiments, analytics, or forecasting for marketing initiatives; experience with analytical skills (consulting, analyzing, delivering insights that drive business impact, incorporating feedback); project management skills (prioritizing and managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, communicating, collaborating across teams, adapting to changing priorities); leadership skills (leading and influencing initiatives, guiding decision‑making, identifying and escalating risks, driving solutions, coordinating work across teams and stakeholders); technical skills (Excel, programming languages SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc., large datasets, data manipulation and engineering, data visualization tools Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.); experience with Design of Experiments / Hypothesis Testing using marketing data to inform marketing strategy decisions.

Alternatively we could split into Skills section. But we already have Qualifications covering both required and desired. The instruction says we can have Skills section. Might be better to put desired qualifications under Skills. Let's think. We have Required Qualifications (education, experience). Desired Qualifications include specific skill areas: statistical design of experiments, analytical skills, project management, leadership, technical skills, design of experiments. Those could go under Skills. Thus we could have:

      Requirements

for required qualifications (5+ years, master's). Then

      Skills

for desired qualifications. But the instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which to include. We have both Required and Desired. Could put Required under Requirements, Desired under Qualifications or Skills. But Qualifications heading could be used for both required and desired? The instruction says use headings exactly those words. It doesn't forbid using both Requirements and Qualifications. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can include any of those headings as appropriate. It doesn't say we must use all. So we can include Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for desired qualifications (or maybe combine). But we also have Skills heading for technical skills etc. However desired qualifications already include skill categories; we could put them under Skills. Thus we could have: - Requirements: 5+ years data science experience, master's degree in quantitative discipline. - Qualifications: maybe we could put "Desired Qualifications" content here. - Skills: maybe we could put technical skills etc. But that would duplicate. Better: Use Requirements for required qualifications, Skills for desired qualifications (which are skill-based). Then we could omit Qualifications heading (or keep it empty? but we must not emit heading with filler). So we should not include Qualifications if we don't have specific content for it beyond what we already placed elsewhere. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if we have content for each: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: 5+ years data science experience, master's degree in quantitative discipline. - Skills: desired qualifications list (statistical design of experiments, analytical, project management, leadership, technical skills, design of experiments). We'll phrase as bullet list. - Benefits: list. - Pay: $139,000 - $217,000. - Schedule: Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote; ability to travel 10% of the time; not eligible for visa sponsorship; relocation assistance not available. We must not include fluff like "Pay may vary depending on factors..." but we can keep the range and mention that pay may vary? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but
