About the role

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will serve as the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance testing and engineering initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
  • Develop and review LoadRunner scripts using Web, TruClient, Web Services, HTTP/HTML, and Oracle NCA protocols.
  • Conduct performance testing for Native Mobile Apps, Mobile Web, Batch, and BI applications.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like ELK, Science Logic, and Oracle DB.
  • Engage with clients to define performance requirements and present findings.
  • Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms, and related modules (Payroll, e-Learning, HR).
  • Mentor teams on best practices in performance engineering and testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in LoadRunner, including hands-on experience with Web, TruClient, and Web Services protocols.
  • Extensive knowledge of web HTTP/HTML and Oracle NCA LoadRunner scripting.
  • Experience in performance testing for Native Mobile Apps, Mobile Web, Batch, and BI applications.
  • Ability to independently handle end-to-end performance engineering activities.
  • Strong communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
  • Hands-on expertise in ELK, Science Logic, or similar monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms, and Oracle DB monitoring and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Quality Center or other test management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Payroll, e-Learning, or HR modules.
