As a Technology Consultant 2 you will work on cutting‑edge AI technologies, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to transformative projects across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors.
Responsibilities
- Document assigned parts of business requirements during the requirements elicitation process.
- Facilitate software application design discussions and record design decisions to guide the technical team.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while maintaining system stability.
- Conduct code reviews, modify the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
- Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions to new software applications.
- Actively resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.

Required Skills and Experience
- LoadRunner for performance test design, execution, and analysis.
- API testing (RestAssured/SOAP).
- Messaging systems (MQ/Kafka).
- OpenShift.
- IVR performance testing using LoadRunner and Sierra tools, including script creation and call‑flow scenario development.
- Identifying bottlenecks across IVR, middleware, APIs, databases, and infrastructure layers.
- Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and performance diagnostics.
- Understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and performance analysis.
- Experience in Kubernetes‑based environments.
- Ability to analyze application architecture, design end‑to‑end performance testing strategies, create workload models, and execute performance test scenarios.
- Capability to perform performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Monitoring application behavior with Dynatrace and Splunk, tracking benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Independently drive performance testing activities across projects and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- JMeter.
- Knowledge of Java and/or Python.
- Middleware performance testing (WebSphere, WebLogic, etc.).
- File‑based and batch processing systems.
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education). This position may require relocation and/or travel. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation
Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in Pennington, NJ: $76,071 to $119,836.
