Requirements

• Extensive experience in quality assurance, test strategy development, and technical leadership
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience developing test strategies, test plans, and quality methodologies for complex products
• Strong understanding of technical requirements, software quality practices, defect management, and testing automation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and recommend solutions
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership within QA or engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment
