About the role

Leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership to guide cutting-edge projects, fostering growth and innovation in a dynamic environment. As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Corporate Sector—Corporate Technology, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that help achieve business goals across the firm. You will work within the office of the chief of staff to organize and manage department-wide initiatives, ensure day-to-day deliverables and operating rhythms are executed, and provide senior leaders with clear, data-driven visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. Additionally, you will identify and implement AI-enabled solutions that streamline recurring reporting and operational processes for the Office of the Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage central, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategy, measurable outcomes, and disciplined delivery. Define program scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics in partnership with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish and run governance routines (cadence, reviews, decision logs), ensuring timely execution and transparent communication.
  • Own and oversee the technology operating model across the organization, including planning, alignment, tracking, and executive readouts.
  • Partner with the enterprise/functional team(s) to ensure consistent standards, timelines, and tooling adoption.
  • Ensure teams have clear direction, achievable plans, and appropriate visibility into status, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Own recurring reporting for senior management and downstream Chief of Staff teams, improving clarity, accuracy, and timeliness. Develop and maintain reporting artifacts (dashboards, status summaries, progress views) that “tell the story” and drive action.
  • Coordinate Global Resiliency activities across regions, including test planning, readiness tracking, SME coordination, communications, and completion confirmation. Ensure proper alignment of Subject Matter Experts. Track actions, dates, outcomes, and follow-ups to ensure requirements are met and gaps are addressed.
  • Identify repetitive, schedule-driven work suitable for automation; design and implement AI-assisted solutions to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • Document solutions, controls, and results; communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Champion accessible AI tooling for non-developers, driving adoption through enablement, playbooks, and continuous improvement of central tooling.
