Effectively perform Water Mitigation & Cleaning services

• Perform lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
• Mobility and ability to maneuver in tight spaces
• Demolition and debris removal
• Construction of containment
• Wall cavity drying
• Carpet seam cutting
• Baseboard removal

Communicate effectively with customers

• Basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Complete Work Order and Technician’s Daily Log
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies
• Hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards
• Review daily project requirements, document progress, and notify managers of progress and challenges

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of recent water damage restoration experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Proficiency with restoration software such as Xactimate
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Customer-first mindset

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Additional technical training or IICRC certifications a plus
