Requirements
- Experience in restoration work related to clean up from damage caused by water, fire, and mold
- Experience leading and supervising a team in the restoration industry
- IICRC certifications highly preferred
- Experience using industry related software programs
- Able to travel locally or out of state when necessary
- Able and willing to work nights and weekends as required
- Able and willing to be On-Call as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to comply with franchise guidelines
- Effective written and oral communication
- Preferable bilingual (English/Spanish), English is mandatory
Physical And Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform production work according to SERVPRO® processes and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians, coach and train them, and supervise their activities
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
- Monitor assigned jobs from start to finish
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
- Communicate, follow and enforce all OSHA guidelines for job safety
- Be readily available for on-calls and emergencies
