Lead Technician Restoration Mold Water Fire

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform production work according to SERVPRO® processes and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians, coach and train them, and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Maintain oversight of assigned jobs from start to finish
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues
• Manage data using industry software programs
• Enforce all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Be readily available for on-call and emergency situations

Requirements

• Experience in restoration work related to clean up from damage caused by water, fire, and mold
• Experience leading and supervising a team in the restoration industry
• IICRC certifications highly preferred
• Experience using industry related software programs
• Able to travel locally or out of state when necessary
• Able to work nights and weekends as required
• Able to be On-Call as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to comply with franchise guidelines
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Preferable bilingual (English/Spanish), English is mandatory
• Able to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
