Requirements
- Experience in restoration work related to clean up from damage caused by water, fire, and mold
- Experience leading and supervising a team in the restoration industry
- IICRC certifications highly preferred
- Experience using industry related software programs
- Able to travel locally or out of state when necessary
- Able and willing to work nights and weekends as required
- Able and willing to be On-Call as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to comply with franchise guidelines
- Effective written and oral communication
- Preferable bilingual (English/Spanish), English is mandatory
Physical And Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time
- Sitting
- Climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
Qualifications
Do you have experience in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Restoration, Fire Damage, Construction or similar industries?
Do you enjoy helping people through difficult situations?
Do you enjoy leading a team to success?
Skills
Experience in restoration work related to clean up from damage caused by water, fire, and mold
