Overnight (8-10 PM check-in, 4-6 AM check-out)
Position
Full-Time (40-55 hours per week)
About The Role
You will lead our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.
Job Overview
- Power washing kitchen exhaust systems
- Covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans
- Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment
- Performing tasks independently without direct supervision
- Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies

Who We're Looking For

- Overnight crew management experience is preferred but not required
- Passionate about solving restaurant Kitchen Exhaust System problems
Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- Work Nights - this is an overnight position
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively
Physical Requirements
- Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments
- Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet
- Able to stand for 10 hours at a time
- Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently
