Lead Technician - Heavy Construction Equipment
Essential Functions
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of heavy construction equipment.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Assist in the resolution of complex equipment issues and provide technical support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in operating various types of heavy construction equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy construction equipment operations and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
