Lead Technician

Duties

• Conduct regular pool and hot tub inspections to identify issues and perform necessary maintenance
• Cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems using hand tools and power tools
• Install new pool components or upgrade existing systems as needed
• Maintain detailed service records of all work performed
• Aid clients with operational questions and provide professional recommendations for ongoing maintenance
• Adhere to safety protocols during all service activities to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience with pool cleaning, equipment repair, or related maintenance roles is highly desirable
• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on inground and above ground pools and hot tubs
• Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment repair and maintenance
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repairs and installations
• Strong understanding of pool maintenance procedures, chemical balancing, and cleaning techniques
• Able to diagnose issues accurately and perform effective repairs efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license preferred for travel between job sites
