About the role
A lead technician performs water mitigation for residential and commercial properties, providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform water mitigation services
- Scope damages and provide documentation for estimators
- Create moisture mapping and drying logs
- Carry heavy loads of debris, materials, and equipment
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to work overtime and be available for emergencies
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Great attitude, trustworthy, dependable, pleasant personality
- Proficient in technology
- Willing to undergo background and driving record checks
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in water mitigation
- 2+ years remediation experience (preferred)
- 1+ year construction experience (preferred)
- Xactimate software proficiency (plus)
- IICRC certification (plus)
