We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, etc. The posting includes: "Why E2 Optics?" intro, then "What You'll Do" (responsibilities), "What We Are Looking For" (requirements/qualifications/skills), "What We Offer" (benefits), "Work Environment and Physical Demands" (maybe part of responsibilities or separate). Also includes travel expectation, etc. We need to map content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The intro "Why E2 Optics? 💥 Step Into the Future with E2 Optics! 💥 Are you ready to elevate your career with an award-winning, Woman-Owned technology integrator..." This is about the company and role. Could be "About the role". We'll include that content. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" includes safety, installation, reading floorplans, testing, leading teams, training, etc. Also travel expectation. We'll put under Responsibilities. - Requirements: "High school diploma or GED required." etc. Also OSHA 30, BICSI certifications, experience, etc. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: Might overlap with Requirements; but we can combine? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications/skills), Benefits. Possibly also Work Environment as part of Responsibilities or separate? Could be a section "Work Environment". But we have headings list includes Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only if content present. Pay: "Competitive pay" mentioned under What We Offer. So we can have Pay section with that line. Benefits: "Opportunities for professional development and career growth, BICSI training facilities, supportive and inclusive work environment, Health, dental, and vision insurance, Paid time off and holidays". So Benefits section. Schedule: Travel expectation mentions minimal overnight travel (5%) or frequent (50%+) overnight and extended out-of-town travel. That's schedule/travel. Could be Schedule section. Skills: Could be extracted from "What We Are Looking For" includes abilities: read/write English, distinguish color codes, understand structured cabling, choose correct tool, listen, learn, positive attitude, team player, attention to detail, meet deadlines, proactive, time management, accountability, self-motivated, motivate team. That's skills. Could be Skills section. Qualifications: Could be certifications, education, experience. Could be separate Qualifications. But we should avoid too many thin sections. Perhaps combine Qualifications and Skills into Requirements? But the instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We can decide to include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (covering education, experience, certifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have concrete content. Now produce HTML fragment: Use

for each heading, then content in

or

  • . For lists, use
    • . For prose,

. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract details. About the role: The intro paragraph includes multiple sentences. We'll combine into a paragraph. Responsibilities: List items from "What You'll Do". Let's list: - Safety is E2 Optics' number one Core Value. All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures. - Follow safe work practices and company and client work site policies. (duplicate? maybe combine) - Installation of structured cabling systems including all aspects of the installation process. - Reads and interprets all floorplans, drawings, specifications, and cut sheets. - Properly sets up a variety of copper and fiber testers. - Performs system testing and troubleshooting as required. - Terminates, labels, tests and troubleshoots optical fiber and copper installations. - Proactively lead teams of 3-5 Technicians and Installers to complete project tasks. - Adequately train Technicians and Installers to complete all the tasks and responsibilities of their positions. - Assist in developing Technicians to complete all the tasks and responsibilities of a Lead Technician. - Proactively oversee and lead jobsite organization and basic housekeeping maintenance. - Maintain professional appearance and demeanor in both internal and customer relations. - Excel in technical tasks such as testing and troubleshooting. - Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.). - Exhibit and maintain professional appearance and behavior. - This position is generally expected to require minimal overnight travel (5%) in certain regions, could require frequent (50%+) overnight and extended out-of-town travel in others. - The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2. - Additional Responsibilities: As identified and assigned. We can combine duplicates. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED required. OSHA 30 within first 2 weeks in role. BICSI Installer 2 Copper preferred. BICSI Installer 2 Fiber preferred. BICSI Certified Technician - Must be earned within 12 months in role. Minimum 2 - 5 years work experience in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction experience. Read, write and understand English. Able to distinguish color codes. Ability to understand and effectively explain every aspect of the structured cabling system including pathways, spaces, horizontal cabling, backbone copper, backbone fiber optic, cross- and inter-connections, and testing. This includes understanding applicable codes, standards, and industry-best practices and the ability to differentiate between them and make recommendations. Ability to choose the correct tool and methodology for a given task for themselves and can help other team members do the same. Ability to listen carefully to and follow instructions. Demonstrated aptitude for learning from senior team members. Exhibit a positive attitude. Solid team player. High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to source and follow standards. Ability to meet deadlines. Willingness to work days, nights and weekends as project requires. Demonstrated ability to be proactive, exercise efficient time management at the jobsite. Demonstrate accountability for safety, quality, and productivity. Self-motivated with excellent work ethic. Motivate team to work effectively in versatile work environments. That's a lot; many are skills actually. But we can split: Requirements = education, certifications, experience. Skills = abilities list. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements. But we can keep Requirements for education/experience/certs, Skills for abilities. Benefits: Competitive pay (but we have Pay separate), Opportunities for professional development and career growth, BICSI training facilities, A supportive and inclusive work environment, Health, dental, and vision insurance, Paid time off and holidays. Pay: Competitive pay. Schedule: Travel expectation: minimal overnight travel (5%) in certain regions, could require frequent (50%+) overnight and extended out-of-town travel in others. The individual should be able and willing to travel as required. Work Environment and Physical Demands: Could be part of Responsibilities or separate. Since we have no heading for Work Environment, we could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe a separate section "Work Environment". But not in allowed headings list? The list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Work Environment. So we should fold that into Responsibilities or maybe Requirements? Probably Responsibilities includes physical demands? Might be okay to add a paragraph under Responsibilities about work environment. We'll include a paragraph under Responsibilities: "Work Environment and Physical Demands: The standard work environment ..." etc. Now produce HTML. We must not include markdown code fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft.
