About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead / Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own the end-to-end delivery and execution of initiatives across our Digital product vertical—driving execution from ideation through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Product Delivery
- Lead initiatives from concept through development, release, and post-launch iteration
- Act as the product owner for your domain, ensuring clear requirements and successful outcomes
- Translate product strategy into actionable epics, user stories, and functional specifications
- Drive clarity and momentum across the full product lifecycle
- Champion Customer-Facing Digital Experiences
- Deliver intuitive, high-quality UI/UX across web and mobile products
- Partner closely with Design to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences
- Maintain a strong focus on customer impact, usability, and performance
- Lead Agile Execution
- Drive high-performing Agile practices and ensure effective team rituals that support predictable delivery
- Ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for engineering execution
- Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early to maintain delivery momentum
- Continuously improve team velocity, quality, and consistency
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, and Design
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Influence decisions and drive alignment without formal authority
- Remove blockers quickly to maintain execution momentum
- Own Delivery Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain clear, well-structured backlogs and ensure visibility across workstreams
- Track delivery health metrics (e.g., velocity, throughput, quality) and drive improvements
- Celebrate best practices across tools like Jira and Confluence
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to team processes and workflows
- Persistently Partner on Technical Execution
- Collaborate with Engineering on system design, APIs, and implementation trade-offs
- Ensure alignment with architecture, scalability, and performance expectations
- Advocate for technical quality, maintainability, and long-term platform health
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or similar roles
- Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives end-to-end in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and modern system architectures
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools
- Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Qualifications
- Strong command of Agile delivery with hands-on experience leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution
- Ability to translate product strategy into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and detailed functional specifications
- Solid technical fluency, including APIs, system integrations, and modern software architectures
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering on implementation trade-offs, dependencies, and sequencing
- Deep working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, workflow visibility, and delivery tracking
- Demonstrated ability to use data and delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, defects) to improve team performance
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for documentation, workflow optimization, or productivity); experience within the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus
