Lead Technical Engagement Leader
About the role
Oracle Health is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join our Technology Consulting organization as a Senior Technical Engagement Leader. We are on a journey to advance how healthcare is provided with custom solution development to support clinicians, empower patient care teams, and foster continuity of care.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and provide project oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues and lead client meetings and events.
- Execute workflow and process improvement strategies that advance how healthcare is provided with custom solution development to support clinicians and empower patient care teams.
- Interact with all levels of the organization and have responsibility for coordinating cross-functionally to ensure project success.
- Provide and ensure quality work on customer engagements.
- Partner closely with sales teams, contributing technical expertise during the sales scoping process, clarifying requirements, and defining solution deliverables to align expectations, budgets, and contract terms.
- Support the sales cycle by participating in client presentations, demonstrating technical value, and ensuring that proposed solutions are scoped in a way that ensures delivery success.
Qualifications
- 8 + years of experience as a project manager in a technical role, (analytics, custom solution development, ETL engagement).
- 6 + years of experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
- 2 + years of presales scoping and requirement gathering.
- Absolutely track and manage to critical path.
- A BS or BA in related fields.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with pre-sales and sales teams to define, document, and refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on client requirements.
- Prominent experience evaluating client readiness, gathering requirements, and producing accurate scope documentation that drives proposal creation and supports contract negotiations.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and the ability to clearly articulate the impact of scope changes on project timelines, costs, and resource needs.
- Skilled at facilitating scope workshops with customers, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and client expectations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
- Healthcare industry knowledge required.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint required.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Ranges and benefits
- Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 - $187,000 per year.
- May be eligible for bonus and equity.
- Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
- Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
