LEAD TECH - MH/BH (NO DEGREE)
Responsibilities
- Support new hires in their introductory period
- Manage behavioral problems
- Facilitate education and activity groups
- Actively participate as a member of the treatment team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Education: High school diploma, Certificate, or Associates Degree
- Experience: Two years’ experience in a related capacity (one year of which has been at Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health or a sister facility offering the same services) or exemplary performance in current role
- Age-Specific Competencies: Child, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric (depending on unit)
- Licensure/Certification: CPR required; CPI certification
