Lead Team Member

Location: 200 Highway 55, Box 128, Medina, Minnesota 55340

Shift Availability: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends) – Part‑time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register/cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Lead shifts regularly, providing entry‑level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience (sales associate or cashiering).
• Entry‑level management experience or willingness to lead a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination required; may need to climb a ladder.

Pay

Hiring range: $14.50 to $16.00 per hour.
