Lead Team Member

About the role

We want you to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. If you have the desire to be challenged, work in a fast‑paced, fun environment and grow your career, this position offers flexible shift availability (days, evenings, overnights + weekends) and full‑time hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register, cashier duties, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the store’s food program as needed.
• Lead shifts regularly, gaining entry‑level management experience.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance, both inside and out.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team.
• Collaborate with teammates to accomplish daily goals.
• Generate ideas to solve problems and offer quick suggestions.
• Supervise entry‑level employees during shifts.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry‑level management or shift‑lead experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of up to 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials.
