About the Role

We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will lead shifts and gain entry level management experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Run the register
• Cashier duties
• Make purchase suggestions
• Work with food program
• Lead shifts regularly
• Work inside and outside the store
• Maintain high store standards
• Provide fast and friendly service
• Interact with customers daily
• Work as part of a team
• Think quickly and offer solutions
• Supervise a team of employees

• Entry level management experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for up to 8 hours
• Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Pushing/pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bending at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands
